Voice The Voice Capo Reviews 4

This is the Voice Capo. It is like a capo... on steroids! Well sort of. It is a capo that covers the span of 4 frets and with in that 4 fret grouping you can pick and choose which string you would like to capo by the pressing of a button.

I saw an ad for it on a guitar forum website and had to get my hands on one. You can order them through the the company's official site as well as most guitar retailers. The price is $50 which to some is a bit steep for a capo.

I like that I can fret an entire chord. It lets me practice soloing while having the chord tones under what I'm doing. It can really fill out your sound!

I do not like that it eats up four frets of your neck, but hey, that is the price of admission. The product is a bit hard to get on properly, but once you get used to it, you'll be fine. The company provided plenty of additional padding with the capo so it will not leave any unwanted marks on my guitar.

I'd give it a 6 or 7 out of 10. The quality isn't anything to write home about, but it is not so cheap that it will fall apart. The capo itself and the buttons are plastic. Sometimes the buttons can be a little picky. You must really master how to get the Voice Capo on properly to get it working 100%

A very original product. It will get the creative juices flowing. The Voice Capo website also had some great ideas as well as a downloadable PDF booklet with explanations on how to get the most out of your capo as well as the basics of music theory.
